Dr. Hughes received his medical degree from The University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine in Philadelphia, PA.  He completed a residency in orthopaedic surgery at Allegheny General Hospital.  Dr. Hughes continued his training with a one year fellowship in Hand, Upper Extremity, and Microvascular Surgery at Rhode Island Hospital-Brown University.

Dr. Hughes will be seeing patients at the North Side, Cranberry, Pine Richland, Wexford, Robinson, and Monroeville offices.  Dr. Hughes is on the medical staff at AGH, Forbes, and Passavant Hospitals.
